To eliminate the right click on the taskbar:

Start Regedit

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Policies Explorer
Add a DWORD and give it a name of NoTrayContextMenu
Give it a value of 1

Reboot
